Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

bad water

I rented dairy farm in P.A. I started in one county that farm was sold. I moved to another dairy farm in another county, first farm I was productive, bills paid, etc..when I moved to the other farm in which was also rented, my productivity went down(ie. milk down, sick cows, family sick...etc)after numorous tests to find the problem it came down to the water, during this time,I lost alot of money, in time I had to file for bankruptcy. My question is .Do I have a legal right to sue the landlord, for putting us out of buisness. I have documents form certified water companies that have said the water was not fit even for human consumption, let alone our dairy cows.we also had to pay for a new well. the landlord would not put out the money for it. by this time we were to far in debt to pull myself out.I have since moved to New York.

Re: bad water

Assuming you had the opprtunity to investigate the water yourself prior to renting, the landlord likely has no obligation to you unless it can be shown that theat the water was polluted due to the landlord's actions.
