Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

On commerivally leased Land does the tenant have the right to tow vehicles? If so does their sign have to be in front of the parking space or can it be on the building itself?

Generally its the landlord who is response for getting unauthorized vehicles towed. That's the way it is at this office. There need to be signs warning people that they will be towed and where there cars will be if towed as well as a number to call.

If you had the right to tow cars it would be noted in your lease. If its not there than you have to ask the landlord to deal with the problem.
