condominium associations

my condo association tells me my son is not allowed to leave him lacrosse net out. we started moving it onto our patio whenever he is not using it. they now told us that is not sufficient. we need to put it in the garage. can they tell us what we can or can't have on our patio?

The condo association must have bylaws and rules. You can review them or have a lawyer review them to see what rights and responsibilities you have.
