I just discovered a sheriff notice of foreclosure sale on the house I am renting. My landlord never told me about this and the sheriff sale is Feb 26. What cn I do?

You should contact the plaintiff's lawyer ( the plaintiff is the bank) and determine what your status is. At least you are a source of potential income to the new buyer. As a tenant, the new buyer will have to go through legal proceedings to evict you. Also, you should consult a lawyer, because even though you are a tenant and assumin you have a written lease, you do have an interest in the property.
