Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

eviction

i live here with 2 kids and exboyfriend. the house and util are in his name. he says i can be evicted in 15 days because my name isnt on anything. i am temp disabled and have health issues. my kids are both over 18. if he moves and forecloses the house, how many days do i have to move. he also states that anything he gave to me and kids we have to return,including ring, andthat i cannot have back stuff i bought him. i have been here 6 and a half years what can i do to protect me,my kids, and our stuff..

Re: eviction

First of all, you are not in a landlord/tenant situation. He is not your landlord, and you are not a tenant. (You're not paying him rent, right?)

If he sells/forecloses the house, you have to move. Period.

Gifts do not have to be returned. By either of you. (Unless there was some agreement to the contrary.)

The issue of the ring is slightly different. The question there is too complicated to answer here.

How do you protect your interests and your stuff?

Move now, along with all of your stuff.
