I fell down 9 steps this morning I have taken pictures with a digital camera I dont know if I need to go to the hospital nothing feels like its broke but with three layers of clothing I have bruising and blow marks down the whole left side of my body. I dont know what to do

it always makes sense to check out an injury in which you received bruisning after falling down nine steps. The rest aof your information is insufficient. Where did you fall in your home on a residential or commercial property belonging to someone else?
There is not enough information given but if you are hurt, you should go to a doctor or hospital. I have no idea where you fell, what caused you to fall, etc. but you could always consult with a personal injury attorney in your area.
