Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

My landlord has sent me nothing concerning my security deposit. Tomorrow is 30 days. I rented through a real estate firm who is holding my security. The landlord told the real estate person of a rip in a couch and screens that need to be replaced [this was 1 week ago]. The real estate agent tries to contact them and they do not contact back. Can the real estate firm legally hold my deposit after 30 days ? Who is the person I write on the small claims form ?

Thanks You
