Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

Our landlords are trying to tell us that they can kick us out for having toys and things on the floor of our home. Like if we have any kind of belongings on the floor, they are saying they can kick us out. Is this true?

If there are toys on the floor? Assuming y9ou have kids that's pretty normal.

I doubt there's a clause that says that. There is an implied right to quiet enjoyment.

So if we take your landlord position then what are you do do with your shoes when you take them off? Hang them in a closet?
