Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

I live with my soon to be ex-wife under her mother's roof who also is the home owner. I lived in Philly for 11yrs now but we were married in N.B.NJ. We had a verbal agreement for me to leave on the first week of January now she wants me to leave by the 6th of November we don't pay rent but I do pay some house bills. I haven't found a place yet as I am not from here and of course due to the sporadic time frame change. Is there something I can do?

Actually evicting you is a lot more difficult than your soon to be ex mother-in-law thinks. That said why in God's name would you want to live with your soon to be ex-mother-in-law any longer?
