Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

I lost a civil case in my local town, because my opinion the judge was being kinda lazy.. so i appealed the case at the county level.. I served the papers to the local court house and sent a certified letter of service to the other party.. the other party texted me back that she did not accept the letter of service due to me not putting a return address on it and refused the letter.. my question is this where do i stand now?

Well if you had sent the papers by regular mail in addition to regular mail then that along wih the certified mail being refused would have been good service. If you do that now it will still be good service. Are you the plaintiff o efendant?
