Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

I have moved out of my residence that I share with two roommates due to issues with the roommates (owing money for long periods of time, and bullying to the effect that I have quit my second job where they are both also employed) including the cleanliness of the house. The landlord has yet to help after repeated contact to him about the issues. What can I do to remove myself from the lease obligations?

Well unless the landlord is willing to not hold you responsible for the lease you signed the answer is not much. Fact is why should he it wouldn;t be in his interest to do so.
