Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

I have been looking into moving out of my apartment , it is a 3 bedroom. I contacted my landlord about breaking the lease he said no, but I asked for a copy of the lease and I just reviewed it and realized my name or signature is nowhere on the lease except on the final page of the lease that was added when i went to pick up the keys which was a pet agreement which had my signature and initals since i was the only one there to pick up the keys. the reason that my name and signature wasnt on the other areas of the lease was because i wasnt present with my two other roommates when they signed the lease and gave the deposit. i was given the lease a few days later to "sign" all they wanted me to do was write my moms name and number for contact/parental info.

So my question is now that i reviewed the lease and realized my name/signature isnt on any of the pages except the pet agreement can the landord hold me accountable and not allow me to break the lease if i want to move out?

Yes he let you live there and you paid rent. Looks like both parties are following the contract so the lease is enforceable. You both accepted the lease by your performance.

Consider the following you see a coke machine. For a $1 you can buy a coke. You put in a dollar. Out comes a coke. You can't demand you money back because you didn't a signed contract from the Coca Cola Company.
