Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

I have a person living in my rental unit. Her husband's name is on the lease. She is not. Her husband is now living in Taiwan and can not return because of visa issues. She has no resources. Is she trespassing and do I need to give her a Notice to Quit?

Yes. If you don't the DJ doesn't have the power to evict her.
