Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

We are renting on a month to month basis. We received a letter printed off the landlords computer saying we have 30 days to get out. Don't we have to be given legal notice?

You were given notice in writing. If that's what the lease called for then you got notice. What do you think legal notice is?
