Selling rental property

If you rent a home without any signed agreement, what are the property owners responsiblity in removing the tenants for selling of the property to an new owner that wants to live in the house after the sale?

Good question. Issues such as this are generally addressed by a written lease. Without that then the question is how long the lease is for. Under PA law a lease must be in writing if its for more than 3 years.

Most rentals with out leases are month to month. So either party can end the lease with 30 days notice.
