Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

i signed a rental lease in january. prior to the lease taking effect my roommates amended the lease and i never signed the amended lease. is the old lease still legally valid since it was amended but never signed?

I think you are bound by the terms of the original lease if it was accepted by yourself and the landlord. If the "amendment" was not accepted by the landlord, the original lease is in effect regardless of the amendment.
