Re: argument court

Argument Court is not done to find out if you have a case.

An argument is requested by the moving attorney to gain an advantage, or have the case dismissed, based on procedural issues without addressing the facts.

If you believe you have a medical malpractice case, you need to find an attorney to represent you as soon as possible.

Most malpractice attorneys will provide free initial phone consultation - with the thought that they may take the case on a Contingent Fee basis - no fee unless they win.

Starting a case pro se makes it more difficult for an attorney to win. However, if the case has sufficient merit, and if the attorney has time to satisfy the court requirements, he may be willing to take your case.
