Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Pennsylvania

Doctor fails to report an injury.

I was in a car accident back in March. I went to this doctor who handle accident therapy and she sent me for all these test and told me that all of them came back as negative and all I needed was some therapy to get my hand and wrist strength back. After a while of therapy I closed my case with the insurance company of the guy who hit me in the acident because to my knowledge I didn't have any injuries, but I was still receiving pain in my wrist and hand; but I never thought any further about it because of the test being negative. I finally went to my regular doctor and told her that I was seeing this doctor for therapy because I was in a car accident. I explained to her that my wrist and hand still bothers me and I am still not able to go back to my job as an EMT because I can't pass the lift test. Well my doctor sent me to see an orthopedic and he requested for my nerve test to be sent to him and the test showed that I had carpel tunnel which the doctor I was seeing for therapy never told me and I took the nerve test back in April. I am do to have carpel tunnel surgery on the 24th of this month and I am trying to take the first doctor to court for neglection of not telling me about my injury. But I can't find a lawyer.
