I was on the bus with my children sitting my son down when the driver took off as I was sitting my son down. I fell to the front of the bus and hurt my lower back. I went to the hospital and they said I have a contusion, but now a month later I still have constant back pain and discomfort. My doctor prescribed a back brace for me to use and therapy, which I have been going to twice a week. But now I have a unpaid hospital bills my insurance won't pay and therapy my insurance will only pay for one month. What should I do ?
