Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

My daughter let a friend drive her truck. She was not a passenger. He smashed it in Saturday 4am. Him and the passenger were fine, no cops it anything. Now a day later passenger is hurt. He didn't say it at all, but dies he have a case. All over 18 under 21
