Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

Fall on restaurant property

I fell in a resturant parking lot and broke 1 wrist and sprained the other. The owner has paid for all my bills so far except my missed time from work. The Dr. released me for 20 hrs/wk for 6 wks. Can I use my sick time and still be compensated for this time off?

Re: Fall on restaurant property

I would suggest that, if the property owner is accepting responsibility, you may also be entitled to pain and suffering, as long as you have not signed anything to date, waiving your rights to that. Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss this matter, to ensure that your rights are protected.

You very likely would be entitled to compensation for pain and suffering, in addition to what you have already received. Judging by your zip code, you are very local to my office. Please feel free to contact me for a free, no obligation consultation.
