Your facts are not sufficient to determine whether there was negligence on the part of the conductor or any other party. It depends on many factors. I suggest you consult with an attorney to evaluate all your facts to determine whether you have any potential claim. You may call my office if you desire to consult with my office though you probably are best serveds speaking to someone near where you reside or in the location where you fell.
