Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

Inadequate Service from Attorney

I received a lawsuit settlement in approx 2003 from a car accident i had in 2001. At that time, I was advised by the paralegal who handled my case that all medical bills and other misc bills were paid prior to me receiving my settlement. I am now receiving a bill for $1400+ from a chiropractor I visited after the accident. I keep calling my attorney's office but they will not return my calls. What can I do?

Keep calling. Assuming you did not use all of the auto insurance money yet, the chiropractor's bill should have been submitted to and paid by the auto insurance company. Your lawyer should have the paperwork to figure it out.
