Slip And Fall In Pa

I slpped and fell on ice on a business propery where I live and severly injured myself ,my injury required surgery and therepy and i am still recovering ,in my township the law requires all properties to be free of hazards there is a building and maintance code and a township ordanance that warns all propery owners to keep there propery clear of dangerous hazards.what can i legally go after them for?

We must first determine why you slipped. Was it partially your fault for not seeing the hazard? What was the hazard? Did the owner know the hazard was there? Did the owner have a duty to remove the hazard? Please call me to discuss.
