Thank you for your question,

If you win judgment in the Magisterial District Court, you must wait 30 days to elapse before you can do anything because the losing party has 30 days within which they can file an appeal with the Court of Common Pleas.

If they do not file an Appeal, then you must go back to the Magisterial District Court and ask for a Writ which is delivered to the Sheriff who will take property owned by the Defendant and put them on the list to be sold at Sheriff's Sale. When the Sheriff sells off the Defendant's property which the Sheriff attached, he will give you the proceeds from the sale after deducting his fees for the sale.

Best of luck,

ANDREA
