Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

sue

i slipped and fell on a spill of water at walmart, and they had no wet floor sign or caution sign, can i sue them and they never called me been 2 days to see if i am ok nor did insurance company call me.

An attorney would first put them on written notice of a claim and usually they will hear from an insurance adjuster. I would suggest that if are injured that you seek immediate treatment with at an ER and/or your family doctor. I would need more information as to how the accident occured and whether the store had notice of the water. Please contact me to discuss.
