Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

I am being sued for an injury claim stemming from an auto accident in 2013. My only source of income is ss disability and a bi-yearly annuity payment from a different accident 10 years ago. My spouse and I are on a multi car insurance policy, but own nothing together. Can he be held liable in this case and can my disability payments or annuity payments be attached?

As I read your question, you have automobile liability coverage. You should report the claim to your insurance company immediately. The insurance company will provide an attorney to defend you and will pay any settlement or award.

Ditto as to what Attorney McCullough said. Turn the claim in to your insurer. You should be fine.
