tainted firm?
I was using a lawyer who got his license
taken away for a year (FBI sting case)
and turned the case over to another
atty in the firm. should I take my case
to another firm for fear of it being
tainted?

You have the option to take your case to another office if you are concerned about how it was handled and any possible delay in its being mofe forward.
