Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

Wrongfull Death

A family member committed suicide by shooting self in head. Spouse brought gun into house after being warned not to do so or hide it as deceased had a history of drinking problems, some mental issues and suicidal attempts (via pills). Spouse was also a control freak, non-physically abusive and was seeking a divorce. In addition, he was completely unwilling to provide financial support. His actions were negligent by bringing the gun to his house, leaving it around loaded and then pushing all the right buttons on the deceased to drive her to despair. He was fully aware of her mental conditions and previous ''cry for help'' pseudo-attempts. The permit was solely in his name. Is there grounds for a wrongfull death lawsuit?

This matter is much to complicated to give an answer. You must speak to an attorney to establish if there are sufficient facts to warremt civil liability.
