Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Boundaries

There is a Store and a House on the disputed property. The owners of the store also at one time owned the home next door, so there was just one driveway. The store and home have been there together since 1975. I purchased the Store 4 years ago and was told that it was a shared driveway. The Home was recently sold on land contract to another person and the new owners now claim that they own the entire driveway and are going to put up and fence 2 foot from my building. Do I have any legal claim to be able to stop them?

Re: Boundaries

The first thing to do is look at the property description that is in the deed you got when you bought the place. Specifically look at the property description. Se what it says about the driveway.

The next possibility is to claim that its an easement.
