Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

My brothers and i inherited a piece of property. I am planning on either giving them or selling them my 1/3 interest. Do I need a lawyer, a real estate person, or am I able to fill out a new deed form myself?

Lawyer's general draft deeds. Remember in addition to getting someone to get it right. You're getting someone who carries insurance in case he doesn't.
