Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I am buying share of property (tenant in common) a premade garage was placed on property with electric installed and was placed on cement blocks Is this real or personal property? Pa.

Generally, anything that is fixed to the property is real property. A garage is probably an erected building and a part of the land. However, it's better if you discuss the garage with the seller and specifically list it as included in the sale. Good luck.
