Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I have a condo in California and am current on the mortgage. I am on a mortgage in Pennsylvania where my family lived that is going to foreclosure. The second mortgage is 90,000 which they probably won't recover. How likely would the pursue to sue me or collect the debt? If they do, how likely would they be able to collect, and is a percentage often worked out to settle?

Thanks.
