Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I maybe facing a deficiency judgement after my short sale or foreclosure of my residential home in the state of PA. I recently got married, but my new spouse is not the borrower of this foreclosing home, nor is his name on the deed or mortage loan. Can they legally go after my new spouse or just me? I do not have any assets, but my new husband does. Can they then come after my new husband assets, since I do no thave any, other than them garnishing my wages(my paycheck)?

Generally no garnishment for debts in PA. Consult a local attorney to evaluate what your financial exposure is and whether you need to pursue an economic fresh start.
