Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I own a home with my fianc� and I pay the mortgage every month. If we sell could I get more than half? We live in PA.

If you have some type of partnership agreement that spells out the terms of how you own and manage the property and what happens if the property is sold it may be binding. However since you both owe it prior to marriage there would be presumption you each have a fifty percent share. Is the property titled as tenants in common or joint ownership with right of survivorship. this may have some bearing but a written agreement or even a prenuptual agreement spelling this out might be warranted
