Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Inheretance tax

Three people involved, mother, father, daughter. First deed states Right of Survivorship.Deed later re-recorded as mother and father being Tenants in Common each owning undivided half interest in property. Couple never married. One daughter 21 yrs of age. Will states that upon death of father, mother gets half and daughter gets half. Is there any inheretance tax owed by surviving mother or daughter?
