Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Jointly own property with siblings, can they insist the property be sold against my wishes?

I have in writing from our Mother that I was to be paid $100. a month to care for the property which I have done for the past twenty years, siblings have done nothing. Could I put a lien against the property for the money? Thank you for your help
