Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I have a judgment against the previous owner of my home. He is now trying to close on home and needs to satisfy it. On my notice of judgment/transcript it says 0.0 for interest, but I was under the impression that I could collect a daily per diem. The judgement was from 6/30/11 and that should be a significant amount of interest.

The standard interest is 6%. per year. Or.5% per month. Why that's not on the transcript is a question for your lawyer.
