If your father died did he have a will leaving the property to you? Was the property jointly held. You should consult an attorney who can deal with estate and if appropriate draft a new deed. If you would like to consult with my office concerning this matter do not hesitate to contact me.

You will need to probate your father's estate. Talk to probate lawyers practicing in the area of your father's residence. They will be paid from the estate.

Then, to avoid these and many other problems for your family and loved ones I advise you get yourself an education. My book, "Create Your Legacy & Save the American Middle Class. How You Can Protect Your Family and Loved Ones in the Event of Death or Disability (Without Paying Legal Fees) and Win their Gratitude and Admiration" explains all you need to know in simple, plain English. You can go to www.yourlivinglegacy.info for more information on this and obtain a download of the book.

The information contained is perfectly good for Pennsyvania or any other state in the United States.
