Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Oil tank was removed. Dirt was contaminated. Settlement was cancelled four times . Now they say oil has leaked under the foundation and it will take another three weeks to get the report back. Can I get my six thousands dollars good faith offer back .I don't want to buy this now. My children have health issues.
