Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Parents house is in foreclosure and sheriff sale date is jan. 30 2013. They have resolved to the fact that they cannot keep the house however, we need more time to pack and find a new place. Is it necessary to hire someone for sale and eviction postponement knowing that they haven't paid in 4 years with Bank of America and they are just getting around to finially take the property back, or will we have significant time for deed to change hands and eviction to occur? Having a very hard time getting an answer probably because there is no exact process??

Every county is different and I don't know your county, however after the sheriff sale there is another legal process required to have the sheriff move your parents out.

How much time do they need to move out?
