parking

i only want a lawyer if i can get this land. just tell me yes or no. my mom and dad lived here for 40 years, ther is a cacant street not being used they parked there cars there all this time they keep it cleen and maintain it,does the ground leagally belong to them, they kept the ground clean maintaine it for 40 years,my mom and gave me the prorerty for free 15 years ago i live here now
