Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

My Partner of 10 years wants to put me on the deed to his property .there is no mortgage. The property is in South Philadelphia. What do we need to do? Do we need a lawyer. thank you.

I would suggest you have a lawyer draft the new deed. You will need a copy of your own deed. There may be tax issues involved such as transfer tax etc. I certainly would speak with an attorney. If you would like you can call me to set up a consultation.
