Re: Quiet Title Action

An action to quiet title is a legal action filed with the court to clear the title from possible claims of unknown parties who might or might not have an interest in the property. It requires legal expertise and it would be difficult to explain the procedure in a forum such as law guru. A title search must be performed, and a search for the last know addresses of possible parties who may claim an interest in the real estate must be done.
