quiet title

I have 4 25 by 100 lots next to my property that the owners(all different)haven't paid taxes on in over 60 years.I've cleared out parts of the properties,planted trees and shrubs and planted grass.I've been doing this for over 21 years.Would it be worth it to try to obtain a quiet title to the properties?

You asked about obtaining quiet title to properties.

You should definitely look at obtaining quiet title, but there's little chance of doing so completely successfully without help.

Get a local real estate lawyer and s/he can help you sort out whether you can get title to some or all of the property.
