Quit Claim Timeshare Deed

My father is selling me his timeshare which is located in Pennsylvania but we are closing in

New York. Should I download a deed form for NY or Pennsylvania?

Re: Quit Claim Timeshare Deed

As the deed will be recorded where the property is located you would need a Pennsylvania Deed.
