Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Can a name be removed from a deed if there was fraud committed?

I am purchasing a house from my brother. his ex girlfriend had gotten the house with him. come to find out, she had signed the title with her real name and signed the mortgage with his last name, though they were never married. wouldn't that constitute as fraud? on these grounds, is it possible to have her name removed from the title without her signature?

The girlfriend has an ownership interest in the house. She is still liable on the mortgage in spite of the fraud. I suggest you seek the advice of legal counsel. Gerald Hershenson 215-579-9390
