Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Can you sue a real estate company for selling a house without doing a background check on the person buying the house, who turns out to be a criminal with a long arrest record. I live in a decent neighborhood & fear this person is going to give the neighborhood a bad reputation. There are police cars at this house about every couple of months.

You couldn't sue them and win. The job is to sell the place to somebody who could pay what they wanted. They are not the morality police. Besides they have no duty other than to the owner. That duty is to find a buyer for the seller. That's it nothing more.
