Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

My ex wife has not removed me from mortgage loan 9 years later. What is my legal standing to be removed or receive compensation. My name is not on the deed just the loan.

Was there an agreement or order to have your name removed? If so there was probably a clause that says she'll have to pay your legal fees if you have to take her to court. So find that agreement and take it to a lawyer.
