Attorney will not return my calls
after retaining an attorney and paying him in full to revise my will,I have not heard from him and after numerous attempts to contact him, he does not return my calls. What recourse do I have

Try writing a letter and sending it to him both plan mail and certified, return receipt requested. This should get his attention.
You may also want to contact the Philadelphia [if that's where you are] Bar Association, Fee Dispute Committee to make a claim for the money you paid, given that you have received services you paid for. There is a website:
